Ingredients

  • 1 English, cucumber , cut into 4s
  • 1 cup plain Greek, yogurt
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place cucumber in jug and dial to CHOP for 5 seconds.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the jug and dial to BLEND and process for 5 seconds. If Tzatziki is too thick use water by the tablespoon to thin out.
  3. Serve with Lamb Korma Meatballs, gyros, chicken or just as a dip with pita chips.
