Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 1-ounce shots of espresso
- 1 ounce dark chocolate syrup or sauce (this does come in sugar-free versions)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well until fully incorporated and serve in a large glass.
