This particular recipe calls for strawberries, but any frozen or fresh fruit will do.
Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Place strawberries, bananas, yogurt, milk, and honey into a blender.
- Blend using the the fastest/strongest speed until smooth.
