This particular recipe calls for strawberries, but any frozen or fresh fruit will do.

Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries, bananas, yogurt, milk, and honey into a blender.
  2. Blend using the the fastest/strongest speed until smooth.
