Can you be more specific about where these are from. New York tends to mean NYC, which isn’t the case here, according to Wikipedia. Maybe mention a few Central new york college teams?

Noticed no spiedies imagery on Flickr. Also, the 1 spiedie picture in the media library had the meats on bread, as opposed to skewers. Will probably not be able to use a plated picture. However, as it’s a tailgate piece, where plates are optional at best, this is not a big deal.
