Hi Patsy,
Great question.
When you're dealing with raw vegetables and fruits, check out http://www.nutritiondata.com/. You can enter the vegetable or fruit in the top right search box like "carrot raw" and then select "vegetables and vegetable products" from the drop down menu. Then you select the type of carrot from the results. There are some other sites that do the same thing.

For additives like flax oil, consult the label.

I have just purchased the Breville Juice Fountain Plus. I haven't even used it or registered it yet. I came to your website hoping to get not only nutritional information about the different recipes you give but also calorie count. Do you have a booklet or is there online access to calorie count for the various recipes you give online and in the instruction book that came with my juicer?

I changed this from a Juice It to an Add-It-In (category).

Note about recipe titles -- the title should use Heading 2 style; Ingredients and Instructions (if used) should have Heading 4.

All images should be in place before going to readers -- ideally, your Excerpt and SEO description & title would be written as well. Remember, the excerpt appears on the homepage -- short and inviting. The SEO description appears in search results -- use keywords and go for clarity: the essence of this article.
